Recently, Beiren Stock Co., Ltd. has developed a new web book printing machine, the BEIRENB 624, which can not only print books but also print commercial magazines and advertisements. BEIRENB624 uses 624mm cutting size to meet the book size of 630mm cutting size. A4 and A5 specifications, saving 6mm per sheet. According to the printing of 400 reams a day, the 630 specifications can save 4 reams of paper/day, and the annual paper-saving amount is considerable.

The printing roller of this model adopts a linear arrangement, which can meet the printing requirements of commercial machines. At the same time, the “shoulder iron” printing method is used to ensure that the printing press runs smoothly and the outlets are accurately restored. The plate cylinder adopts a narrow groove type quick card printing method and an advanced plate positioning wedge positioning method, so that the printing plate positioning is more accurate and stable.
