Common faults and solutions for magnetic flap level gauges

The reasons for the damage of the float are usually as follows: 1. Because the strength of the float is not designed correctly, it will become concave and sag when subjected to pressure. 2. The weld is not welded or leaked, causing the weld to crack when the float is under pressure and the float to enter the water. 3. The float is demagnetized due to its long use time or long-term use at high temperatures, and it cannot be used normally. 4. The loosening of the magnetic steel in the float prevents the float from working properly.
Fault 3: The reason why the float panel is stuck, causing the display panel to be inaccurate causes the float in the magnetic flap level gauge to be stuck. The following are common ones: 1. The ambient temperature is too low, and the float is frozen due to the medium. Can't move properly. 2. The installation angle of the float is less than 87 degrees. Due to the tilt of the float, the up and down movement of the float is affected. 3. The float absorbs iron filings or other dirt due to its own magnetic properties, causing the float to be prevented from moving normally by the card. 4. Because the seal is not tight, the float is stuck by the infiltrated impurities, so that the float cannot rise or fall.
