Second, in the refueling tanker fuel tank inlet pipe should not increase the branch line. The two pumps of two dispensers or two-gun dispensers cannot share one branch of the oil supply.
Third, the new pipeline installed should be cleaned after the installation of mud, iron debris and other debris, and then install the tanker to prevent dirt into the tanker and damage the machine.
Fourth, after the first oil delivery, the filter of the oil pump should be inspected and cleaned so as to prevent the flow of the oil product from drastically decreasing and damaging the hydraulic components due to the clogging of the filter.
Fifth, oil tanker flange, must use oil seals.
Sixth, maintenance must first cut off the power, do not take the power overhaul; open the explosion-proof electrical box must not scratch the explosion-proof surface, re-installation of the explosion of the internal cavity of the dirt should be removed, and clean the explosion-proof joint surface; cable sealing should be good Metal washers and gaskets must not be lost. The number of screws must not be missing to ensure the explosion-proof performance of the electrical parts.
7. When using self-provided generators for power supply, be sure to wait until the generator runs smoothly and then supply power to the tanker, and ensure that the voltage is in the range of 220V-15% to 220V 10% or 380V-15% to 380V 10% to avoid generating electricity. The peak voltage at the start of the machine burns the computer components.
8. When the tanker is installed outdoors, there should be a canopy above the machine to protect the machine from rain and sunlight.
9. During the electrical connection or maintenance, the relevant power of the fuel dispenser should be cut off before proceeding with construction.
10. It is not allowed to carry out construction and operation of tanker without trained or authorized personnel.
