Good Quality Batch Pre-Expander for EPS
Main Features:
1.1.  Our Batch Pre expander uses Screw Conveyor to convey raw material
1.2.  In our machine after conveying, material goes to weighing system, so every batch input material is the same weight.
1.3.  We have good design in piping system to get even steaming and even venting. At steam pipe entry, we use Japanese pressure reducing valve to ensure stable pressure steam some to machine. We use four steam inlet pipes evenly distributed at the bottom of expansion chamber, also we use four vent pipes for evenly venting, which enables same pressure everywhere in the expansion chamber
1.4.  We use level control for material discharging. The main principle is same input material weight, same expansion pressure, same material level to discharge material, so density come also same and even.
1.5.   We use 80 points PLC, each point for one action.
1.6.   Our machine uses SS304 for expansion chamber
1.7.   Our steaming plate is SS304 plate, using X-ray to cut the steam slots
1.8.   For normal steel, we use thicker material. So our machine is much heavier, and looks much stronger.
