On February 25th, Handel issued the “Notice on Continual Improvement of After-Sales Quality Problems”, which is the continuous improvement of the second round of after-sales quality problems carried out by the company in order to pay close attention to the quality of the products and conduct the tender.

At the beginning of 2008, for the after-sales failure problem, Hande Company set up 51 problems for after-sales improvement. After more than one year of project research, a number of quality problems have been effectively resolved, and achieved some results.

After the improvement of the after-sales quality problem, Hande Company still adopts a project responsibility system in the form of bidding, and requires that personnel with engineers and above qualifications in the departments of R&D, craftsmanship, quality, and technology must undertake at least one project. In at least one of the top 15 failures, the Department of Human Resources and Enterprise Management incorporates the quality improvement project into the company’s employee innovation record, which serves as a reference for the promotion of the title and evaluation model. The activities are divided into two major phases. The first phase establishes projects, collects data, and organizes investigations. Through analysis, experiments, etc. to find out the reasons and formulate improvement measures for the causes, the company will organize the review meeting and review the determined measures. The second stage is the implementation of the project. The project team is required to follow up and further analyze the implementation status. In the implementation process, it constantly proposes improvements to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation. The after-sales service center is responsible for tracking, and its evaluation is based on data. The team leader will carry out the summary according to the project schedule, and the quality management department will organize supervision and inspection. After the event is completed, it is required to summarize in the form of an 8D report.
