Intelligent video surveillance system architecture and main functions

The logical structure of the intelligent video surveillance system is mainly divided into three parts: video capture, intelligent video analysis, and monitoring center (as shown in the figure). Its main functions are:
1. Video capture: Video capture by camera (can be visible, infrared, low light, etc.).
2. Intelligent analysis module: realizes moving target detection, classification, tracking and behavior and event detection, and is also responsible for issuing alarm information when abnormal behavior or event occurs, which is the core module of intelligent video monitoring system.
3. Monitoring Center: The monitoring personnel can directly interact with each other. The monitoring terminal can set the alarm criteria, establish models such as events and abnormal behaviors, and can also formulate alarm responses and monitor and manage the entire monitoring system.
The basic principles of intelligent video surveillance system work are mainly divided into video image acquisition, video image processing, data communication, decision alarm and sensor control system (as shown).
Firstly, the video data is acquired by the video acquisition module. When the video data is input to the video image processing module, the target detection technology is used to extract the moving target in the video, and then the detected moving target is tracked, classified, and then the target is The target information obtained by detecting, extracting, tracking and sorting and the preset event and behavior model are judged by the polarity detection logic of the event detection technology. If the predetermined criteria are met, the decision alarm module issues an early warning or an alarm response, if the reservation is not met. The guidelines continue to target detection.
