The Japan Automobile Parts Industrial Park, jointly launched by the Jiangsu Danyang City Government and the Japan Trade Promotion Agency (JETRO), opened in the Danyang Development Zone. The industrial park includes four functional areas such as metal processing, electrical and electronics, resin and rubber, fiber and other, with a total planning area of ​​1,500 mu and a total planned investment of 600 million U.S. dollars. At present, the first batch of 50,000 square meters of standardized factory buildings and office buildings have been completed and operated in the first phase of the project. Thirty companies have decided to enter and gradually put into production. The park strives to attract 300 enterprises within three years.

It is reported that Japanese auto parts production enterprises that have settled in industrial parks will jointly purchase raw materials and integrate logistics systems under the coordination of the park. Staff employment will also be subject to unified management, which will greatly reduce production costs. At the same time, from the completion of the park to the three years in 2014, the settled enterprises will be exempted from plant rents.
