Mexico and Australia release the latest LED related standards

Mexican electronics and microwave ovens must comply with relevant energy efficiency standards: 1) The new NOM-032-ENER-2013 energy efficiency standards for electronic products and microwave ovens will be enforced from September 20, 2014. The Mexican standard applies to the following electrical and electronic equipment: digital TV adapters, television signal decoders received via cable, satellite and internet protocol (IP) images such as printers, scanner copying equipment, photocopiers and multifunctions , microwave oven, separate device without separation or separation, audio sound function, video playback or DVD home theater or digital diss HD (blue light), LED with light-emitting diode (LED), liquid crystal display (LCD), Plasma display panels (PDPs) and organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), 100 volt single-phase supply voltages up to 277 VAC, 50 Hz or 60 Hz, are required to be produced or imported. 2) The power tool standard NMX-J-524/1-ANCE will be revised and the new standard will be enforced from November 16, 2014. Australia has released the following new standards: 1) AS/NZSIEC61347.2.13 and AS/NZSIEC62560 have been released. 2) LED tube, AS/NZS60598.2.1 Revision A has been published. 3) The new version of AS/NZS3105 was released on April 28, 2014.
