1. Single along the pulse roadway layout

This arrangement can be divided into a pulse arrangement and a pulse outer arrangement, and the track arrangement form is divided into two types: a single rail type (plus a partial double rail section) and a double rail transition type.

In a mine, due to the different conditions in the middle section, especially the different ore reserves in the middle section, the design of the middle section of the transport lane should also be different. If the thickness of the ore body is very thin (such as fine veined ore body), the main and intra-pulse monorails will be arranged, as shown in Figure 7-24a. When the middle section is short and the production capacity is very low, the extra-pulse monorail is used (Fig. 7-24b). When the middle section has a long transportation distance, although the production capacity is not high, in order to leave room for the production capacity, the monorail will be used. formula.

When the production capacity of the middle section is increased and the single rail will not meet the production needs, a two-track transitional arrangement can be used (Fig. 7-24c). Mines with a production capacity of less than 200,000 tons are mostly arranged in a monorail style.

2, along the pulse flat lane plus pulse arrangement

As shown in Figure 7-25, when the thickness of the ore body is greater than 8m, this arrangement is adopted, that is, it is arranged in the surrounding rock of the lower plate along the pulse flat roadway, and a vein is drilled at a certain distance to cooperate with the vein along the roadway; In the line layout, the veins and the veining lanes are all monorail arrangements.

The determination of the spacing of the tunnels is based on the mining method. Because the veins are arranged perpendicular to the ore body, if the width of the mine is 8m, the spacing is 15m, and the second depends on the production prospects, such as the prospecting requirements. The pulse spacing is 30m. Figure 7-26 shows the layout of the middle section of a mine.

In addition, the middle section of the roadway layout also has a circular transport arrangement, etc. These arrangements are applicable to medium and large mines.

Before determining the layout of the roadway, the designer first makes the geological plan of each middle section according to the geological section drawing, and then carries out the mid-plane design according to the ore body thickness, mining method and prospecting requirements.
