Recently, Parker Bestobell Marine has received an order from Daewoo Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. to supply cryogenic valves for three Teekay LNG carriers.

The three LNG carriers are part of Daewoo Shipbuilding's construction of a series of eight LNG tankers for Teekay. Parker Bestobell Marine was awarded a contract to provide shut-off valves and check valves for the vessels.
Duncan Gaskin, marketing manager of Parker Bestobell Marine, said that the order strengthened our partnership with Daewoo Shipbuilding and also marked the completion of the completion of the series of low temperature valves for the eight vessels.
Not long ago, Parker Bestobell Marine received another order from Daewoo Shipbuilding to supply shut-off valves and check valves for the Yamal series, with a total of 15 ships before and after.
