Color steel coil is a kind of composite material, also called Color Steel Sheet. It is a product made of strip steel after continuous surface degreasing, phosphating and other chemical transfer treatments on the production line, and then coated with organic paint and baked. The Color Coil has the advantages of both steel sheet and organic materials. It not only has the mechanical strength and easy forming performance of steel plate, but also has good decoration and corrosion resistance of organic materials.
The coating types of color coated steel coils can be divided into: polyester (PE), silicon modified polyester (SMP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), high weather resistance polyester (HDP), clinker sol.In addition, we are now focusing on the development of new coatings, improving general polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and plastisol to obtain super color reproducibility, UV resistance, sulfur dioxide resistance, and corrosion resistance; development of pollution resistance, Functional coatings such as heat absorption.
