Ukrainian and Belarusian production prices are currently quoted at US$1,650/ton, and the transaction price is generally between 1,600 and 1,620 USdollars/ton. It is hard to avoid maintaining a high level of quotations as a result of the greater restraint; downstream demand will remain high in the short term (within May).
