Xinyi Glass announced on August 10, 2010 that the company has reached a settlement agreement with Saint-Gobain (Saint-Gobain), pursuant to which the latter’s lawsuit against Xinyi Glass infringing certain patent rights held in the United States will be Do not assume any tort liability.
