2. After the crusher is installed, check the tightening of each component, and check whether the tightness of the belt is appropriate and whether the motor shaft and the crusher shaft are parallel.
3. Before starting the crusher, first turn the rotor by hand to check whether the operation is flexible and normal, whether there is collision in the shell, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the machine, and whether the motor and the grinder are in good lubrication.
4. Do not easily replace the pulley to prevent excessive speed or low speed.
5. After the crusher starts, it will idle for 2 to 3 minutes. No abnormality will occur after the start of the work.
6. Feeding should be even to prevent blocking sloppy cars. Do not overload for a long time. If there is noise, excessive bearing and body temperature, or external spray, stop the machine immediately and check for malfunctions.
7. Carefully inspect the materials so that no hard objects such as metal or stones can enter the crushing room and cause accidents.
8. Workers should not wear gloves and stand on the side of the crusher when feeding to prevent them from damaging the crotch. When squashing long stem stalks, do not grasp too tightly to prevent hands from being carried. The operator must not leave the job while the crusher is working.
9. Stop the feeding before shutting down. After the material in the standby is removed, shut off the power and stop. After the shutdown, it must be cleaned and maintained.
10. After 300 hours of crusher operation, the bearing must be cleaned and the oil must be changed. The oil contained in the bearing should be 1/3 full of the clearance of the bearing housing, and should not exceed 1/2 at most; when the machine is stopped for a long time, the belt should be removed.
