Statistics from the National Bureau of Statistics show that in 2006, domestic caustic soda production capacity exceeded 4 million tons, and this year it will increase by more than 2.5 million tons, and the total production capacity will exceed 20 million tons. The production capacity and output of caustic soda in China have ranked first in the world. As the “two high and one resource†industry, it is increasingly urgent to strengthen the access management of the chlor-alkali industry.
