In the third quarter, the Shaoxing three-level supervised sampling inspection conducted a total survey of 100 rolling bearing products manufactured by 100 manufacturing companies in Shaoxing. The qualification rate was 84%, which was an increase of 0.7 percentage points from the same period of last year. The qualification rate has steadily increased for five consecutive years.

The bearing industry is a characteristic advantageous industry and an important pillar industry in Zhejiang Province. The Xinchang County in Shaoxing City is also a big bearing county in Zhejiang Province. Bearing enterprises in the area account for 50% of the province's total, reaching over 1,000. Although this sample inspection is only a small part, but all of them are for small private companies. It can be seen from this that the overall quality awareness of the bearing industry is gradually increasing.

In the past five years, the qualified rate of batch inspection of bearing products in Xinchang County has increased from 79.7% in 2006 to the current 84.0%, and the qualified rate has risen steadily. Over the past five years, the quality index has risen and declined, but both have remained above 80%, and both are higher than the batch pass rate for the same period. It can be seen that through supervision and spot checks, it has really played a role in promoting product quality. Not only has the qualified company's qualification rate been guaranteed, but the overall quality of the industry has also been improved and the quality has become increasingly stable.
