1. The mechanical dimensions of the Verabar flowmeter are tailored to the dimensions of the installation pipeline. The measurement range is calculated and calibrated based on the flow data provided by the process. When selecting a model, it is important to provide the manufacturer with the correct flow data and pipe size. The pipe size includes the outside diameter and the wall thickness. The flow meter must be installed according to the standard in order to ensure that the measurement error of the entire measurement system is within the allowable range.

The front of the sensor bar must ensure that there are 7D~9D straight pipe lengths (the data provided by the manufacturers are different from 3D to 30D) to make the liquid and gas bodies in the large pipes. The flow rate is symmetrically distributed on the axis. Only in this way, the flow rates measured through several points can be used to estimate the flow through the entire cross-section. Otherwise, the flow velocity distribution of liquid and gas bodies in large pipelines will be very complicated, and the fluctuation of the flow coefficient K will be large, and measurement cannot be guaranteed. Accuracy. However, it is impossible to guarantee long straight pipes in actual process design. The author believes that if it is determined to use some kind of power flow meter, we can discuss with the supplier to ensure the repeatability of the system and try to shorten the straight pipeline. The relevant data record is as long as the ratio of the diameter of the test tube to the diameter of the process tube is less than 1 /10, the length of the straight pipe in the front pipe can be reduced to 3D to 4D.

4. The detection rod is fixed on the pipeline through the joint. After tightening the joint, the detection rod must not be loosened or leaked. Pipe vibration and fluid shock will loosen the detection rod fixing head, causing the detection rod to break and damage, affecting accurate measurement and causing economic loss.
