Geester Automotive News Titan International Inc. (Titan International Inc.)’s Titan International recently announced that starting January 1, 2011, the company will increase the price of Goodyear tires produced by Titan tires and Titan. The maximum increase will reach 8%.

The company said that the price increase is due to the continuous soaring of raw material rubber prices to the highest point in history, and other raw materials and transportation costs are also rising. The company's last price increase was on June 1, 2010. At that time, Titian brand tires and Goodyear-branded Goodyear tires all went up in price, with a maximum increase of 6%.

The products of Titian International's holding subsidiaries include wheels, tires and agricultural machinery parts.
