It is reported that Aisin Seiki purchased a 33.4% stake in Hiji High-Tech Co., Ltd. last week, making the latter a subsidiary.

Sunrise Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the design and manufacture of semiconductors, and it also provides automotive equipment and electronic products to customers.

Aisin Seiki is the world's fifth-largest supplier of automotive parts, mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of automotive parts, automotive warranty equipment, hardware, machinery and equipment, power tools and other products.
