The new Siwertell Sulfur Safety System developed by Cargotec is referred to as the 4S (Siwertell sulphur safety system) and is designed to minimize the risk of explosions and fires when handling sulfur cargo. IBJ's awards commentary stated that the system improved the safety of dry bulk handling and had the most positive impact on the bulk handling system market.
