    Differential pressure transmitter usage:
    1. The differential pressure transmitter must recalibrate the measurement range, zero drift, accuracy, and static pressure error before use.
    2. After the transmitter is installed, it is necessary to check the working pressure, working temperature, measurement range, and drift amount of various transmitters before driving. To see if it is consistent with the actual situation, if there is any discrepancy, you must find out the reason and correct it before you can drive.
    3. When starting and deactivating, the instrument should be protected from one-way static pressure. In order to avoid one-way pressure during use, each differential pressure transmitter should be provided with a three-valve assembly, usually installed above the differential pressure transmitter, in which valve 1 and valve 3 are high pressure and low pressure shut-off valves, respectively. Valve 2 is a balancing valve. The balance valve 2 is used to protect the differential pressure transmitter and facilitate zeroing when the meter is opened and stopped. When opening the differential pressure transmitter, open balance valve 2 first, and then open valves 1 and 3. After valve 1 and valve 3 are fully opened, close valve 2. When the differential pressure transmitter is deactivated, it is also necessary to open the balance valve 2 and then close the valve 1 and the valve 3 respectively. Turning on or off the differential pressure transmitter in the above order can prevent the differential pressure transmitter from bearing Overpressure to static pressure; for differential pressure transmitters with cold gel or spacer fluid, cold gel or spacer fluid can also be avoided.
