If the refrigerating oil does not match well, it may cause the compressor to burn out. After the refrigeration system is dumped, its influence is inestimable. The refrigeration oil used on the screw compressors is best to use the original matched product. Generally speaking, R22 is the representative working medium, and most of the mineral oils are selected, while the working fluids represented by R404A and R134a are synthetic oils. After the large type is selected, different grades of oil are selected according to different operating conditions.
Third, the main monitoring indicators and replacement cycle of frozen oil:
1) PH value indicator: Generally the lubricating oil acidity below PH6 must be replaced.
2) Pollution Degree Index: If 100 ml of contaminants in the frozen oil exceed 5 mg, it is recommended to replace the frozen oil.
3) Water content: more than 100ppm, need to replace the frozen oil.
Generally, it is necessary to inspect or replace the lubricant every 10,000 hours of operation. After the first operation, it is recommended to replace the lubricant and clean the oil filter after 2500 hours.
Fourth, the replacement of oil operation:
1. Recover the system refrigerant to the condenser side, eliminate the refrigerant in the compressor, and discharge the frozen oil from the discharge angle valve of the compressor.
2. Lubricant of the compressor is discharged from the oil drain valve on the oil filter. When the oil is nearly discharged, a certain amount of nitrogen is added from the high pressure end of the compressor to detect the joint, and the pressure is used to accelerate the discharge of the oil and stop the injection. Pressure, close the drain valve. Then, remove the oil filter of the compressor, release all the oil in the oil tank, and then fasten and tighten the oil filter.

The vacuum pump contact is recommended to select the high (low) pressure side angle valve or other relative high point to prevent pumping frozen oil damage the vacuum pump. 4. Inject the lubricating oil, connect it to the oil drain valve with a clean plastic pipe, and put the other end of the plastic pipe into the oil drum (the plastic pipe is placed at the bottom of the oil drum).
