In the first quarter of the year, the export of automobile parts processing trade in Shaoxing City was US$2.04 million, which was a dramatic increase of 19.56 times compared to the same period of last year, exceeding the export value of auto parts processing trade of the city last year.

Currently, it is a state-restricted investment industry. The price of aluminum in the domestic market is rising. In order to avoid the barriers to raw materials, many auto parts manufacturers in the city have shifted to actively developing processing trade, reducing export costs and increasing export profits.
At the same time, Shaoxing Customs also provided many conveniences for the development of processing trade. In April of this year, Zhejiang Wanfeng Aowei Steam Turbine Co., Ltd. applied to Shaoxing Customs for success, and its registration category at the customs rose from Class B to Class A. This means that in the future, when the company engages in processing trade, its bank deposit may not be "real" and it may enjoy the "idle" discount. "This is a great advantage to reducing the financial pressure on companies," said the person in charge of the company.
The auto parts enterprises in the city competed for the “processing trade†car, further expanding the industry. At present, 31 auto parts manufacturers in our city have export performance. In the first quarter of this year, the city exported 17.24 million U.S. dollars worth of auto parts, an increase of 66.49% year-on-year, which is higher than the average growth rate of 54.63%. The relevant personnel of Shaoxing Customs said that the city's auto parts exports have maintained three-digit growth for three consecutive years, with the fastest growth rate of 363.7%.
