2. The frost on the surface of the evaporator is too thick [Fault analysis] The cold storage evaporator of the rapid rise and fall temperature test chamber should be timed for defrosting. If there is no defrosting, the frost layer on the evaporator line will accumulate thicker and thicker. 4. The refrigeration system is not smooth [Fault analysis] Because the refrigeration system is not cleaned, after a certain period of use, the dirt gradually accumulates in the filter, and some of the mesh is blocked, resulting in a decrease in refrigerant flow and affecting the cooling effect. In the system, the expansion valve and the filter at the suction port of the compressor are also slightly blocked.
[Remedy] The micro-blocking parts can be removed, cleaned, and then refilled.
5. Filter blockage [Fault analysis] The desiccant is used for a long time to form a paste to seal the filter, or the dirt gradually accumulates in the filter to cause blockage.
[Remedy] Remove the filter, wash it, dry it, replace it with a new desiccant, and load it into the system.
6.
