2BV Series Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump Introduction:
2BV series liquid ring vacuum pump manufactured by Denair, including 2BV5,2BV2 and 2BV6 series, exceeding the industry requirement with exceptional performance, are mainly used for suction in pharmacy, plastic machine, chemical, oil&gas, marshgas and other industry.
Denair 2BV series liquid ring vacuum pump has compact structure, the rators of 2BV2 and 2BV5 are mounted directly on the motor shaft, no connector involved. The pump case is installation directly on the motor case, no need centering.The bronze impeller from standard configuration improves the corrosion resistance of vacuum pump. The mechanical seal from standard configuration eliminates the leakage and reduces maintenance. Patterned flexible vent ensures a perfect operation status. 2BV6, made of stainless steel is more capable of working in harsher environment.
Consistently high efficient operation:
In a circumstance of limited installation space, compact design undoubted is one of its advantages, 30% smaller than normal China-made liquid ring vacuum pump.
With advantage of low noise, no need to equip a muffler, realizing compact design and low cost.
Low liquid consumption, equipping water separator to recycle 50 % operating liquid could further reduce operation cost.
Closed-loop system limits the production of drain water, reduces the supply of supplement liquid. The condensate generated in transferred media can be used after being recycled.
Abundant experience:
Acting as supplement of standard pump or single electric motor, complete 2BV set can be supplied including water separator, heat exchanger and cavitation protection connecting pipeline, what's more, the liquid ring vacuum pump can be combined with other vacuum pump system like roots vacuum pump.
