Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission issued a "National Development and Reform Commission's Circular on the Release of the Second Batch of Central Budgetary Investment Plans for 2011 in Resource Cities in Northeast China, Including Employment, Comprehensive Utilization of Resources, Development of Subsidiary Alternative Industries, and Diversified Industrial System Cultivation Project." Lingbao Jinyuan Mining Co., Ltd. Sulfur & Iron Chemicals Phase II Multi-metal Comprehensive Recovery and Expansion Project has obtained special support funds of 10 million yuan. The total investment of the project is 218.56 million yuan. After the completion of the project, 300 tons of flotation tailings will be processed and used annually. The annual sales income will be 131,879,400 yuan and the profit will be 11,561,120 yuan.
