Recently, the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China organized experts to conduct scientific demonstrations and reviews on HF energy-saving and environmental-friendly diesel technology products. They all agreed that the product is a new alternative fuel for diesel engines and is the first project for domestic and international similar energy-saving and environmental protection technologies. After coal-based synthetic oil, Shanxi Province made another major breakthrough in clean energy industrialization. It is reported that the Ministry of National Transportation and Transportation has included it in the list of the first batch of national energy-saving products (technology) for the promotion of highway and waterway transportation in the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, and was officially promoted to the national transportation industry.

HF energy-saving and environmental protection diesel oil is a kind of energy-saving and environmental-friendly new diesel fuel which is based on 0# diesel oil, adding a certain proportion of soft water and various additives with different properties, and harmonizing the reaction with scientific methods.

Compared with commercially available 0# diesel, this product can save 8.2% of fuel cost, and has obvious environmental protection effect. Calculated on an annual production scale of 150,000 tons, this project can save nearly 20,000 tons of oil resources for the country each year, and can reduce sulfur dioxide emissions by more than 2,200 tons. After the product was introduced, it was named "Recommended High-Tech Products of the Shanghai World Expo's UN Pavilion."
