Recently, China West Electric independently developed the dismantling transportation and on-site assembly of 330kV 360,000 kVA three-phase integrated auto load-coupled oil-immersed oil-immersed power transformer. Through all type tests and factory tests, all technical performance indicators fully meet national standards and technologies. The requirements of the agreement provided valuable experience for the transportation of high-voltage and large-capacity transformers in China, meeting the demand for domestically produced equipment for construction projects and upgrading the overall manufacturing level of transformers in China.

This high-tech product was ordered by the State Grid Corporation of China for the Linjiang 330kV substation of the Gansu Provincial Power Company. Due to the large size and heavy weight of the 330kV three-phase integrated main transformer, it is very difficult to transport in remote mountain areas. China West Power effectively solves the transportation problems of ultra-high voltage and large-capacity power transformers through decomposition and transportation, and on-site assembly of transformers. It has the advantages of simple transportation and the technical characteristics of a three-phase integrated transformer, which is very suitable for the limited transport conditions. Power plants and substations, while occupying less than 50% of the three single-phase transformers, save construction land and reduce user investment.
